Data Visualization with R and ggplot2

Launch training

Ggplot2 is a powerful and flexible R package used to make plots and graphs of your data. In this workshop we will explain the “grammar of graphics” in ggplot2 and how to create common data visualization plots such as histograms, bar charts, and scatter plots. We will show some tips for getting your data ready for visualization and how to customize plots. This workshop assumes basic familiarity with R, Rstudio, and data wrangling. We encourage you to follow along on laptop with R and RStudio installed.
